What is the inspiration behind Heartland Fragrance products?
Heartland Fragrance is women-owned and operated. We feel that our concerns in the bath and body area are well-rounded and in tune with a wide demographic - our age range is from 20 something to 60ish. Twice a year, we gather for our “Hopes & Dreams” meeting where we discuss new ideas, new fragrances, upcoming trends and how to put these fresh, new products in the hands of our customers.
How long has Heartland Fragrance been in business?
27 years – I have been at the helm for 7 years.
What has been your best selling product to date?
There are 2: the Gently fragranced Epsom bath salt in Lavender, Jasmine, White Tea or Soft Mint; and the Exfoliating Loofa Soap in Blood Orange
Our October subscribers will receive one of Heartland's luxurious exfoliating loofa soaps. What should they know about using them?
Loofa Soaps are for exfoliation. They are not the softest sponge at first use. Do not give up – after a couple showers they will become softer to help remove dead skin, boost circulation, and increase blood flow for a healthy glow. Glycerin soap is low in pH and naturally moisturizing. Two great combinations!
Which Heartland Fragrance products could customers use to create the perfect pampering bath experience?
My go-to routine – Soak in the tub for about 15 minutes using White Tea Epsom Bath Salt, exfoliate with White Ginger & Amber Loofa Soap, then soap up and shave legs with a Ginger Fusion Bar – Is this TMI?
