After fourteen years, a new chapter

Fourteen years ago I started COCOTIQUE because women of color were an afterthought in beauty. You made that box work every single month, and that has been the honor of my career.

So I want to tell you directly: September was our last monthly subscription box. This isn't an ending. It's a change in how we show up for you.

The HER Health & Wellness Initiative

For fourteen years, COCOTIQUE curated beauty for women of color. In 2026 we went further and founded a nonprofit, because self-care is the gateway to wellness, and wellness is where the real gap sits.

HER Health & Wellness Initiative is a 501(c)(3) working to create equitable access to mental, physical, and nutritional health resources for women who have long been underserved by the systems meant to care for them.

The Inner Sanctuary
Access to therapy and mental health support, and the work of making that access ordinary rather than exceptional.

The Living Temple
Maternal care advocacy and physical health resources, built around the conditions and disparities that affect us most.

The Nourished Root
Nourishment programs and nutritional education, because what you eat is health care that rarely gets called that.
