How did the brand get its start?
Jasmine Lawrence started EDEN BodyWorks when she was just 13 years old. She was frustrated with the lack of products out there that could not only properly style, but also nourish her hair. So, she decided to create her own product, right in her kitchen, using all natural ingredients!
Were there any challenges that the brand faced with such a young owner?
Having such a young owner was actually more of an asset than a challenge. EDEN was able to have a genuine and fresh perspective. Jasmine surrounded herself with team members who were just as committed and who could help the brand grow with her over the years, authentically.
How important is it for the brand to stay committed to using natural ingredients?
Using natural ingredients are essential. Jasmine created the brand with the intent of providing products that are filled with natural and trustworthy ingredients. She choose non-hazardous ingredients that prevented damage, but at the same time extremely nourishing. EDEN is committed to this thought process, and therefore committed to using the best - natural ingredients!
