All subscription and limited edition boxes are final sale and non-refundable. COCOTIQUE is a discovery platform, so each box includes a variety of products to try — and some may not be for you. Many subscribers love sharing those with friends and family!

Shipping

Subscription boxes ship the second week of each month (order by the 23rd to be included in next month's shipment — orders after the 23rd ship the following month). Shipping is FREE on all subscription boxes.

Previous boxes from the COCOTIQUE Store ship within 24–48 hours (M–F) with a $7.50 flat rate fee per box.

You'll receive a USPS tracking email once your box ships — delivery takes 3–5 days. We currently ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO addresses.
