All Sleek by Hailey hair extensions are guaranteed to be 100% human hair - Raw or Remy. Our extensions are cuticle aligned and come from a single source donor to ensure that the hair is super soft and silky from the roots all the way to the ends. Sleek by Hailey offers luxury hair extensions that will last a significantly long time with the proper care and maintenance.

Sleek by Hailey offers luxury hair extensions that will last a significantly long time with the proper care and maintenance.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed and an additional email once the order has been shipped. (Be sure to include your email when placing the order to receive accurate tracking information). For US orders, you can expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days once shipped. For Canadian orders, you can expect to receive your order within 6-14 days once shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays due to poor weather and holidays. For international orders, we are also not responsible for any delays at customs.

Returns

Sleek by Hailey has a strict return policy due to the importance of hygiene protection and quality protection of our hair and accessories. To see if you're eligible for a return, email hello@sleekbyhailey.com with an explanation and photos of the product you purchased. Please note that hair cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been used or tampered with. Accessories and ponytails are final sale. For more about our exchange policy, read below.

Exchanges

Exchanging your Sleek by Hailey hair extensions is completely welcomed as we know finding the correct color and texture match can be challenging for some. Therefore, we do offer exchanges on orders for these purposes (ponytails, accessories and custom orders excluded). Please note that hair can only be exchanged if it has not been used or tampered with. To keep the integrity of our products, all products looking to be exchanged will be rigorously evaluated.
